2. PVC Corner Bead/Angle Bead Making Machine
Applicable Materials: Rigid PVC, a small amount of impact modifier, can be co-extruded with a colored ASA layer.

When selecting a model, users should comprehensively consider the raw material formula (calcium powder filling ratio, foaming ratio), cross-sectional complexity, product standards (GB/T 8814, EN 12608, TB/T 3360, etc.), downstream secondary processing requirements such as lamination, embossing, and perforation, as well as workshop length and cooling water quality. The optimal balance between production capacity and dimensional accuracy should be achieved by optimally matching the machine model, calibrating table length, traction force, and cutting method.
