Plastic pipe/hose extrusion equipment (PP/PU/TPU) processes resins (or embedded reinforcement layers) such as PVC, PE, PP, PU, and TPU through efficient plasticization, spiral or basket die forming, vacuum shaping, cooling, pulling, winding, or cutting to length to continuously produce various small and medium-diameter pipe fittings, including single-wall corrugated pipe, fiber/steel wire reinforced hose, electrical conduit, and cosmetic packaging tubes. Mainstream models can be divided into the following six categories based on pipe wall structure, reinforcement method, and end use:
1. PVC, PP, and PE Flexible Single-Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
Applicable Materials: Flexible PVC, HDPE, and PP (food grade acceptable)
Product Specifications: Internal Diameter φ4–50 mm, Adjustable Peak/Trough, Wall Thickness 0.2–0.8 mm, Roll Length 50–200 m
Core Configuration:
SJ45/30 or SJ65/33 single-screw extruder with ceramic heater, Output 60–180 kg/h
Spiral or basket die + gear-driven corrugator (60–120 pairs of modules, 40Cr vacuum-hardened)
Dual-channel water cooling + hot air drying, Pull-off Speed 6–25 m/min
Dual-station automatic rewinding with meter counting and automatic roll changing
Technical Highlights:
Module change from φ4 to φ50 mm within 10 minutes; Corrugation coaxiality ≤0.15 mm
Can be punched online (for seepage corrugated pipe) or printed.

2. PVC Garden Hose Machine — 3/5 Layer Fiber Reinforced Hose Production Line
Applicable Materials: Inner layer of soft PVC, polyester filament (16–24 spindles), or aramid; outer layer of UV-resistant PVC; orange stripe co-extrusion possible.
Product Specifications: Inner diameter 8–25 mm, wall thickness 2–4 mm, operating pressure 6–30 bar, package length 15–100 m
Core Configuration:
Two/three SJ55/30 or SJ65/30 single-screw co-extruders with 38CrMoAlA barrier screws (customizable based on product requirements)
Cross-wound yarn wrapping die head + 24-spindle high-speed braiding machine (30–120 rpm), closed-loop tensioning
Outer layer covering die head + 10 m hot water tank (95°C) for gelling, followed by 20 m cold water setting
Servo pull 1–15 m/min for winding and packaging.
Technical Highlights:
Interlayer peel force ≥80 N/25 mm, burst pressure ≥120 bar
Can be inline co-extruded with antifreeze or food-grade inner layers
Applications: Garden watering, high-pressure cleaning, gas delivery, food-grade beverage hoses
3. PU/TPU Steel Wire Ventilation Duct Hose Production Line
Applicable materials: Polyester-TPU (hydrolysis-resistant grade), copper-coated steel wire φ0.8–1.6 mm
Product specifications: Inner diameter 25–508 mm, wall thickness 0.6–1.5 mm, expansion ratio 1:4, vacuum resistance -0.9 bar
Core configuration:
75 mm single-screw TPU-specific extruder (L/D 36), equipped with a drying hopper with a dew point of -40°C, output 120–200 kg/h
Horizontal spiral-wrapped steel wire die head, wire preheated to 80°C to prevent debonding
10 m horizontal vacuum cooling water tank with crawler traction, speed 3–20 m/min
Inline compression packaging or coiling with film wrapping
Technical highlights:
Wire adhesion ≥150 N, ROHS and REACH compliant; 508 mm diameter roundness ≤1.5 mm
Convertible between PU and TPU Transparent/flame-retardant/antistatic formula

4. PVC Steel Wire Hose Production Line
Applicable Materials: Soft PVC, copper-coated steel wire φ0.5–2.0 mm
Product Specifications: Inner diameter 6–100 mm, wall thickness 2–6 mm, transparent or colored, color stripes available
Core Configuration:
SJ65/30 single-screw extruder, output 150–220 kg/h
Crosshead die + wire pay-off (48 spindles active pay-off, tension 2–10 N)
Vacuum cooling water tank + hot air drying, pull-up speed 2–15 m/min
Dual-station rewinding, maximum coil diameter 1,800 mm
Technical Highlights:
No collapse at vacuum levels of -0.08 MPa; 15-minute die change: 6 to 100 mm reel change
Can be inline with copper busbars (antistatic) or co-extruded with a food-grade inner layer
Applications: Industrial vacuum extraction, agricultural pesticide extraction, oil transportation, and food-grade suction hoses
5. Electrical MPP/PE Pipe Extrusion Production Line
Applicable Raw Materials: MPP (modified polypropylene), HDPE black blend, resistant to 90°C cable operating temperatures
Product Specifications: Inner diameter 50–250 mm, wall thickness 3–18 mm, SN ring stiffness ≥24 kN/m², cut-to-length 6–12 m
Core Configuration:
High-efficiency single-screw SJ90/38 or SJ120/38 with BM barrier and mixing head, output 350–650 kg/h
Spiral or basket die, melt temperature 190–220°C, melt pump pressure regulator
Vacuum chamber 6–12 m + spray cooling 12 m, automatic water level control
Three-claw or six-claw crawler traction, speed 0.3–6 m/min
Chipless planetary cutting, chamfering and cut-to-length ±2 mm, in-line inkjet printing
Technical Highlights:
Tensile strength ≥25 MPa, flexural modulus ≥1,200 MPa; 5 SDR types can be produced in 30 minutes by replacing the core die.
Can co-extrude red/blue lines or orange tracer lines.
Applications: Trenchless power cable sheathing, municipal communication conduit, and optical fiber microducting.
6. 2-Layer / 5-Layer Soft LDPE Cosmetic Packaging Tube Extrusion Line
Applicable Raw Materials: LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, Masterbatch, Barrier EVOH (Five-Layer)
Product Specifications: Diameter 10–60 mm, Wall Thickness 0.3–1.0 mm, Single/Dual/Five-Layer Coextrusion, Roll Length 1,000–3,000 m
Core Configuration:
Main Extruder SJ55/30 (LDPE) + Auxiliary Extruder SJ35/30 (EVOH/Adhesive Layer), Equipped with a Coextrusion Circular Die
Vacuum Sizing Sleeve + 10 m Cold Water Tank, Water Temperature 12–15°C
Servo Drive 10–80 m/min, Online Thickness Measurement with Closed-Loop Adjustment for ≤3% eccentricity
Dual-Station Center Winding, In-Line Corona Treatment Capable (Dyne Value ≥38) for Post-Printing
Technical Highlights:
Five-Layer Oxygen Transmission Rate ≤0.2 cm³/m²/day; 5 minutes to replace the sizing sleeve (10→60 mm).
Can be slit inline (flat ribbon) or punched inline (facial mask tubes).
