PVC Corner Bead Angle Bead Production Line

This PVC corner beading machine can produce four- or six-corner beading. PVC powder, calcium powder, and additives are poured into a mixer. After 10 minutes, the material is automatically drawn into a twin-screw extruder. Plasticization occurs in the twin-screw extruder, followed by a four- or six-corner precision mold. The extruder then cools the material under vacuum for final shaping. The extruder then punches and embosses the beading, which is then pulled by a crawler belt. The beading is then cut off with a servo motor, and the material is automatically reeled in. The resulting corner bead, complete with holes, ribs, or patterns, is instantly boxed. The extruder operates at speeds of 8-15 m/min, and can be operated by a single operator.

Machine description


This PVC corner guard extrusion equipment completes the entire process of turning "powder" into "rigid small steel rails" in one go: the 55/65mm nitrided screw main unit plasticizes at high speed at a 22:1 aspect ratio, a four-way split die ensures that the flow error of each corner strip is less than 2%, a 4-meter stainless steel vacuum box with a two-stage spray allows the profile to be instantly shaped and the size to be stable to ±0.1mm, the crawler servo traction is steplessly adjustable at 8-15m/min, the online pneumatic punching is 0.6MPa, and the hole spacing can be switched from 50-150mm with one button, and the servo flying saw cuts with high precision. The ±1mm end face is smooth and burr-free. The total frequency conversion power of the whole machine is only 45kW, but it is as low as 220 kWh/ton of material. The compact 15-meter layout can be placed in an L shape. The temperature automatically rises by scanning the formula QR code. Color co-extrusion or embossing upgrades can be completed in 30 minutes. The vacuum box quick-release cover and the Cr12 blade quick-change structure allow maintenance without tools. The produced corner strips have built-in reinforcement ribs and anti-collision textures. They will not crack when dropped from 1.5 meters at room temperature and will not leave white marks when folded in half at -10℃, truly achieving the high-speed, low-energy consumption, and fool-proof operation experience of "production and packaging at the same time".
