I. Machine Introduction
The PVC Corner Beading Production Line is a specialized extrusion line for producing PVC corner beading, corner beading, exterior wall insulation corner beading, door and window frame protection strips, and other special-shaped materials for architectural applications. This product is primarily used for collision protection, straightening, and decoration of indoor and outdoor corners. It has gradually replaced traditional wooden and metal corner beading, offering advantages such as environmental friendliness, aging resistance, impact resistance, and ease of installation.
II. Process Flow
Raw Material Pretreatment
• A high-speed mixer mixes PVC powder (or pellets), calcium powder, stabilizer, and lubricant according to the formula.
Extrusion Molding
• Main Extruder: SJSZ51/105 or 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder with a length-to-diameter ratio of 22:1 or 25:1;
• Die: Available with two, four, or six cavities, with multiple cavities per die for increased production capacity;
• Sectional barrel temperature control within ±1°C ensures uniform plasticization and prevents decomposition. Vacuum Forming and Cooling
• 4–8 m vacuum forming table with vortex water circulation cooling ensures profile dimensional accuracy (±0.2 mm);
• Adjustable vacuum pump in sections to reduce corner collapse and deformation.
Hauling and Cutting
• Dual-track/dual-roller hauling machine provides strong traction and smooth operation;
• Synchronous servo cutting machine achieves a cut-to-length error of ≤1 mm and eliminates chipping;
• Dual-station tipping rack automatically unloads materials, saving labor.
Online Punching (Optional)
• High-speed, silent hydraulic punching press with multiple punches per die;
• Punching and flashing are completed online simultaneously, resulting in precise hole spacing, beautiful appearance, and 3–5 times higher efficiency.
Automatic Winding/Bundling
• Counting, labeling, and automatic bundling for direct packaging and storage.
