I. Equipment Overview
The PVC Antislip Floor Mat Making Machine uses PVC (polyvinyl chloride) powder as its primary raw material. Through high-speed mixing, plasticizing and extrusion, calendering, surface embossing/hollowing, cooling and shaping, online traction, and automatic winding/cutting, it continuously produces anti-slip floor mat rolls ranging from 0.5-5 mm thick and 500-4000 mm wide. The finished product is non-slip, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, waterproof, easy to clean, and comes in a variety of colors. It is widely used in areas such as entrances, kitchens, shopping malls, car floor mats, and industrial walkways.
II. Workflow Process
--Raw Material Pretreatment
• High-speed hot and cold mixing unit: PVC powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, CaCO₃, foaming agent, and masterbatch are mixed in one batch at a temperature of 110-120°C.
• Automatic vacuum loading ensures a moisture content of <0.1%. Twin-Screw Extrusion Plasticization
• SJZ65/132 or SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruders, temperature control within ±2°C, ensuring uniform plasticization;
• Melt pump + hydraulic dual-station screen changer, impurity filtration accuracy 80-120 mesh, non-stop screen change.
--Three-roller/four-roller calendering
• Horizontal or diagonal arrangement, with quick-change mirror, matte, or embossed rollers;
• Independent oil temperature control for the rollers, with a temperature differential of ±1°C, ensuring thickness uniformity;
• In-line lamination of non-woven fabrics, non-slip TPR adhesive layers, or colored films, enabling multi-layer, one-step lamination.
--Embossing/Hollowout
• Servo embossing rollers: Diamond, hexagonal, S-shaped, coin-shaped, and other patterns can be formed in one pass;
• Laser/mechanical micro-pore hollowing improves drainage and anti-slip properties. Cooling and Shaping
• Multiple sets of circulating water-cooled rollers plus air cooling eliminate internal stress and prevent curling;
• Online tension control, flatness ≤2 mm/2 m.
--Cutting/winding
• Servo-assisted traction, speed 1-15 m/min;
• Flying saw or fixed-length shearing machine, length accuracy ±1 mm;
• Dual-station automatic rewinding, maximum roll diameter 1500 mm; Online slicing of sizes such as 400×600 mm and 600×900 mm is also possible.
