PVC Anti-slip Calendering Mat One-Step Molding Machine – Directly transforms PVC granules into finished rolls with anti-slip textures.
A 75 kW conical twin extruder melts and plasticizes the material at 175 ℃, then evenly feeds the melt into a three-roll inclined calendering unit. The bottom roll surface is laser-engraved with a hexagonal mesh pattern, forming 150 µm deep anti-slip grooves in a single pressing operation, achieving an R11 anti-slip rating in wet conditions.
Servo-hydraulic roller spacing is adjustable online from 0.8–6 mm. Beta-ray thickness measurement with a closed-loop system locks the thickness tolerance within ±0.05 mm, allowing for specification changes without machine downtime.
Roll temperature zoned PID control and automatic matching of linear speed from 5–12 m/min ensure a soft mat surface while maintaining dimensional stability.
The patterned roller uses a quick-change sleeve, completing texture switching in 10 minutes, enabling economical production even for small-batch orders.
The machine occupies only 30 m², consumes 15% less energy than traditional secondary rolling lines, and saves 30% on labor. It is an efficient and flexible manufacturing solution for industrial walkways, shopping mall entrances, and kitchen and bathroom anti-slip mats.
