I. Equipment Overview
The PP/PE/PS sheet production line is a complete set of equipment that continuously produces plastic sheets with thicknesses of 0.1-5 mm and widths of 400-3000 mm by processing polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polystyrene (PS) resins through high-temperature melting, extrusion, calendering, cooling, drawing, and winding. This line can accommodate single-layer, double-layer, or triple-layer co-extrusion structures and is widely used in the packaging, food contact, printing, advertising, construction, and automotive industries.
II. Machine Components
--Raw Material Pretreatment System
• Vacuum loader + drying hopper (moisture content <0.02% for PE/PS, <0.05% for PP);
• Loss-in-weight metering feeder to ensure precise formulation. High-Efficiency Extruder
• Dedicated barrier screw (Ø75-150 mm, L/D 33-36) separates the molten and solid zones, improving plasticizing efficiency;
• 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel barrel, hardness ≥740 HV, service life ≥30,000 hours.

• Dual-throttle adjustment mechanism, combined with an internal blocking device, enables rapid changeover between widths of 500-3000 mm;
• Online β-ray thickness gauge with closed-loop control, achieving a longitudinal/transverse thickness tolerance of ≤±2%.
--Three-Roller Calendering
• Horizontal, vertical, or tilted configurations available;
• Mirror or matte rollers with independent oil/water temperature control and a temperature differential of ±1°C ensure surface gloss and smoothness.
--Cooling and Traction Unit
• Multiple cooling brackets + trimming device;
• Servo traction unit with closed-loop tension and continuously adjustable speed from 0-30 m/min. Online Crushing and Recycling
• Real-time shredding of scrap material → pneumatic conveying → on-machine reuse, achieving a recycling rate of ≥98%, minimizing material loss.
--Double station winding and fixed cutting
• Automatic metering and tension reduction control, with a maximum roll diameter of 1200 mm;
• Flying saw or shearing machine, with sheet length accuracy of ±1 mm.
