I. Equipment Introduction
This PVC door and window profile production machine is specifically designed for producing European/American-style energy-saving door and window frames, sashes, moldings, muntins, and splicing profiles in 60, 65, 70, 80, and 88 mm diameters. These products offer advantages such as thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproofing, fire resistance, aging resistance, dimensional stability, and weldability. They are a popular alternative to steel, aluminum, and wood doors and windows in the contemporary construction industry, and are widely used in residential, commercial, passive housing, and prefabricated buildings.
II. Process Flow
Raw Material Pretreatment
• High-speed hot and cold mixing unit: PVC resin, calcium zinc stabilizer, ACR impact modifier, CPE, TiO₂, and CaCO₃ are mixed at high speeds: hot mixing at 120°C → cold mixing at 40°C → vacuum loading.
• Flexible formulations: Standard white, ASA co-extrusion color, full-color, foam co-extrusion, and steel-lined composites are available. Main Extrusion System
• Main Extruder: SJZ-65/132 or SJZ-80/156 conical twin-screw extruder
• Variable frequency drive with Siemens motor, high torque, uniform melt temperature, and 20% increased plasticizing efficiency;
• Highly wear-resistant bimetallic screw and barrel, with a service life of ≥40,000 hours.
Coextrusion Technology (Optional)
• Single-sided/double-sided ASA coextruder: SJ-45/30 single screw, ASA strip thickness 0.2–0.5 mm, achieving 20-year weather-resistant colored windows and doors;
• Steel lining preheating device: Online preheating of the galvanized steel lining for co-extrusion with PVC, increasing profile strength by 30%, suitable for large profiles or high wind pressure applications. Vacuum Forming and Cooling
• Three-stage vacuum forming table: Adjustable vacuum zones with independent water temperature control
• Tracked haul-off: Rubber blocks ensure product deformation
• Eddy current water tank + air knife secondary cooling eliminates warping.
Synchronous haul-off cutting
• Servo flying saw/planetary cutter: Cut-to-length tolerance ≤ ±1 mm
• Online laser coding: Product batch and QR code traceability.
