I. Equipment Description
This PVC transparent sheet extrusion line is suitable for the continuous extrusion of both hard transparent sheets and soft crystal sheets (for applications such as ultra-transparent table mats and door curtains). The finished products boast a light transmittance of ≥90% and a mirror-like gloss. They are widely used in equipment covers, clean room partitions, advertising light boxes, supermarket freezer partitions, high-end furniture countertops, and "soft glass" table mats.
II. Complete Line Components
Raw Material Pretreatment
• A 500/1000 L high-speed hot and cold mixing unit performs low-temperature mixing of PVC resin, MBS impact modifier, organotin stabilizer, lubricant, and colorant.
• A vacuum loader and hopper dryer eliminate bubbles and crystals caused by moisture. Main System
• Conical twin-screw extruder SJZ-80/156 (hard plate) or single-screw GWS-120/33 (soft crystal plate), available with a 28:1 aspect ratio and uniform plasticizing;
• Omron 8-zone PID temperature control with ±1°C, variable frequency speed regulation, and a throughput of 150–600 kg/h;
• Specialized "transparent grade" screw and barrel with dual alloy treatment to reduce yellowing. Die and Forming
• Coat-hanger die head with double throttle and flexible die lip design, width 600–1500 mm, thickness 0.5–10 mm;
• Vertical three-roll calender (Φ350/Φ450), mirror chrome-plated, Ra ≤ 0.02 μm, independent oil circulation and constant temperature;
• Vacuum forming table (hard sheets) or air-cooled bracket (soft sheets) for rapid cooling and forming, ensuring flatness ≤ 0.2 mm/m.
Hauling and Stacking
• Rubber track hauling machine with servo speed control;
• Online flying saw/shearing machine, cutting length ± 1 mm;
• Automatic flip stacker, optional PE protective film.
