I. Product Description
The PVC spiral suction hose machine is a continuous production line that simultaneously extrudes, winds, cools, pulls, and reels soft PVC and rigid PVC spiral reinforcement ribs, producing PVC spiral reinforced suction and drainage hoses in a single process. The finished hose is constructed of three layers:
Inner wall: Smooth soft PVC, resistant to scale and low flow resistance;
Reinforcement layer: Rigid PVC spiral reinforcement ribs, resistant to negative pressure and twisting;
Outer wall: Soft PVC, optionally with color stripes, UV-resistant, and age-resistant.
This hose can withstand both positive and vacuum pressures and is widely used in industrial suction and drainage, agricultural irrigation, construction wastewater removal, mining slurry removal, and chemical powder conveying.
II. Process Flow
PVC pellets + plasticizer → vacuum loading → dual-machine co-extrusion → spiral winding → vacuum cooling and shaping → pulling → online inkjet printing → reeling → pressure testing → finished product packaging.
