1. Equipment Overview
The pvc S mat production line is centered on two SJ-100/30 single-screw extruders, combined with hydraulic mesh replacement, T-shaped clothes hanger die, S-shaped molding unit, cooling, glue coating, drying, traction, length rolling, etc., and completes all processes from raw materials → melting → extrusion → molding → surface treatment → fixed length rolling in one go, and finally produces a two-color PVC S-type anti-slip coil with a width of 1220 mm.
2. Machine advantages
Dual machine co-extrusion, double color one-time molding
• Two 55 kW frequency conversion speed regulation extruders (80–200 kg/h) respectively plasticize PVC materials of different colors, and achieve two-color layered co-extrusion through composite die heads, with clear color boundaries and no color mixing.
• Screw length and diameter ratio is 30:1, Zhoushan "Zhongpu" 38CrMoAlA nitride barrel, nitriding depth is 0.6–0.8 mm, hardness HV>740, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for high calcium filling formula.
Hydraulic network replacement without stopping
• Dual-station hydraulic grid switching system (gear pump FC16, 2.2 kW) can switch the filters online to ensure continuous production and reduce waste.
High-precision die head and S-shaped molding
• Jiangsu T-shaped clothes hanger die head, mold lip width is 1400 mm, with stainless steel electric heating rod and edge cutting device to ensure uniform thickness of wide products.
• Special S-shaped molding machine, roller width is 1500 mm, hard chrome plated with seamless steel pipe, and water-cooled inside; double rollers are adjustable to ensure that S-shaped three-dimensional and full back is flat.
Integrated post-processing
• 3 m chain cooling bracket fast setting.
• Immersed glue coating tank + 6 quartz glass heating pipes to ensure uniform and activated bottom glue.
• 10 m electric heating oven (66+2 2 kW heating pipes, hot air circulation 7.5 kW inverter fan) thoroughly dry the glue coating layer to improve the anti-slip adhesion on the back.
• The frequency converter (0–4 m/min) is linked to the Autonics long-term winding machine, and the automatic meters are measured, the tension is constant, and the end face is neat.
Brand electrical, stable operation
• ABB inverter + Siemens main motor + Schneider low voltage component + RKC temperature control + FOTEK solid state relay, modular wiring, fault self-diagnosis alarm.
• Consumable parts and special mold tools are included to reduce post-maintenance costs.
