PVC pellets + calcium powder + heat stabilizer + lubricant → vacuum feeding → twin-screw plasticizing → mold diversion → vacuum shaping → spray cooling → online diameter measurement → pulling → coding → cutting → expanding → turning table → finished product inspection → packaging and storage.
