I. Equipment Overview
The PVC Medical Hose Machine is a precision extrusion line designed specifically for disposable medical PVC hoses. Products include infusion tubing, oxygen tubing, drainage tubing, anesthesia tubing, hemodialysis tubing, and catheters. Tube diameters typically range from 1–30 mm and must comply with medical-grade regulations such as ISO 10993, USP VI, and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. The entire production line is centered around "cleanliness, precision, and traceability." It utilizes a 304/316L stainless steel body, closed-loop temperature control, in-line diameter measurement, CCD defect detection, and an MES traceability system to ensure every millimeter of tubing meets medical safety and precision requirements.
II. Process Flow
Medical-grade PVC granules (DEHP-free/environmentally friendly plasticizer) → Vacuum feeding → Single-screw plasticizing → Medical die molding → Vacuum cooling and shaping → Online diameter/thickness/defect detection → Servo traction → Online inkjet printing → Fixed-length flying saw → Clean winding or straight tube stacking → Finished product inspection → Ethylene oxide/gamma sterilization → Packaging and storage.
