I. Equipment Description
The PVC marble board extrusion line utilizes "stone-plastic composite materials" as its core. Through a one-step extrusion process and online surface treatment, it produces high-end decorative boards with the texture, gloss, and feel of natural marble. These boards are widely used in hotels, KTVs, subways, hospitals, villas, and other applications, including walls, ceilings, elevator covers, and furniture countertops.
II. Workflow Process
1. Raw Material Pretreatment: PVC resin, ground calcium carbonate (≥75%), stabilizer, and lubricant are mixed in a 500/1000L hot/cold high-speed mixer and then fed into a coil spring feeder.
2. Extrusion: SJSZ80/156 (or SJSZ92/188) conical twin-screw extruder, L/D ratio 22-28, die head temperature PID zone control, production capacity 300-500 kg/h.
3. Forming and Calendering: Hanger-style T-die -> vertical three-roll calender (Φ450/Φ350×3), independent oil circulation for roller temperature, online lamination with 0.07 mm PET color film.
4. Cooling and Traction: 12 m air-cooled and water-cooled carriage, rubber track tractor, steplessly adjustable speed 0.2-1.5 m/min.
5. Online Further Processing:
• Hot Transfer Machine: Marble pattern transfer at 180-200°C.
• UV curing machine: Dual 3 kW lamps x 2, surface hardness ≥ 3H;
Cutting and stacking: Servo fixed-length flying saw/shearing machine → automatic flip-over blanking rack.
