I. Product Overview
PVC hollow Roofing corrugated tile production equipment is used to produce PVC Roofing corrugated tiles。PVC corrugated tiles are made primarily from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, supplemented with functional additives such as UV protection, flame retardancy, and impact modifiers. They are manufactured through high-temperature plasticization, vacuum shaping, and traction cutting. They are lightweight (1 mm thickness ≈ 1.85 kg/m²), flame-retardant B1, acid and alkali resistant, heat-insulating, impact-resistant, and sound-insulating, with a 20-year service life. They are widely used in roofs and enclosures for factories, warehouses, carports, farmers' markets, and coastal chemical plants.

III. Core Process Flow
Raw Material Pretreatment
• Main Material: GPPS/PVC Pellets 100 phr
• Auxiliary Materials: CaCO₃, Calcium Zinc Stabilizer, ACR Impact Suppressant, Foaming Agent (AC/Butane/CO₂)
• High-speed Hot Mixing 110°C → Cold Mixing 45°C → Vacuum Loading
Three-layer Co-extrusion (Taking Three-layer Co-extrusion Foaming as an Example)
• Main Machine A (Surface Layer): SJZ-80/156 Cone-type Twin, 75 kW, Temperature 165–185°C
• Main Machine B (Core Layer Foaming): SJZ-65/132 Cone-type Twin, 37 kW, Foaming Ratio 1.8–2.2
• Main Machine C (Base/Backing Layer): SJZ-65/132 or SJ-45 single screw, 22 kW
• Coextrusion distributor → T-hanger die
Vacuum shaping & cooling
• Wave vacuum shaping die, pneumatic opening and closing
• Vacuum shaping table + air cooling + water cooling, ensuring straightness ≤1 mm/m
Traction & cutting
• Rubber traction roller (wave matching), adjustable speed
• Servo flying saw for length control, ±1 mm accuracy, automatic flanging and deburring of cuts
Online lamination/embossing (optional)
• ASA high-weather-resistant film, 0.15 mm, online heat lamination
• Surface embossing: bark pattern, diamond pattern
Stacking & packaging
• Automatic counting → stacking with flipping
