1. Machine intriduce
The PVC garden hose machine (PVC fiber reinforced hose production line/pvc spraying hose extrusion line/pvc fire hose machine) is specifically designed for extruding three-layer or single-layer fiber-reinforced PVC garden hoses. The hose wall structure is generally as follows:
• Inner layer: Soft PVC, smooth and scale-resistant;
• Middle layer: High-strength polyester fiber braided or wound layer, pressure-resistant and kink-resistant;
• Outer layer: Soft PVC, optionally with color stripes, UV-resistant and aging-resistant.
Three-layer and five-layer garden hose machines are available to meet different needs.
The finished products are widely used in applications such as garden irrigation, high-pressure cleaning, agricultural sprinkler irrigation, and temporary water supply for buildings.
2. Typical Process Flow
Raw materials (PVC granules + plasticizer + stabilizer) → Vacuum loading → Inner layer extrusion → Vacuum shaping → Traction → Fiber braiding → Preheating and drying → Outer layer extrusion and coating → Cooling → Traction → Coating → Winding → Finished product inspection → Packaging and storage.
3.Application
• Household: Garden watering, car washing, pool drainage;
• Agriculture: Drip irrigation, sprinkler irrigation, and fertilization systems;
• Industry: Air compressor support, light oil transfer;
• Construction: Temporary construction water supply, high-pressure cleaning equipment support.
