pvc coil mat production line is designed for single-color, one-shot PVC coil mats. It can produce doormats with foamed or solid backings, car driver/passenger seat mats, aisle dust removal coils, supermarket entrance coils, and elevator entrance anti-slip mats.

High-Speed Mixing: 500L stainless steel high-speed mixer, ABB variable frequency control, self-friction heating, 3 minutes per batch, even for highly loaded formulations.
High-Capacity Extrusion: Customized single screw, ABB variable frequency control, ensures stable extrusion. Zhoushan "Zhongsu" nitrided barrel is wear-resistant and calcium powder-resistant.
Non-Stop Screen Changing: Dual-station hydraulic screen changer, screen changes in 3 seconds, with a scrap rate of less than 0.5%.
High-Precision Die: P20 alloy steel T-die, hanger flow channel, and stainless steel electric heating ensure uniform strand thickness and zero strand overlap. Water-cooled coil forming: A stainless steel water tank with electric lift and front-to-back fine-tuning, 10 sets of infrared heating tubes for assisted shaping, and adjustable coil height and density.
Integrated foam adhesive:
• Independent foam adhesive machine with stepless electric adjustment of thickness from 1–5 mm;
• Dual-stage 10 m drying oven (total length 20 m) with hot air circulation, saving 15% energy.
Online Gluing & Secondary Drying: A dual-roller EPR glue applicator with ABB variable frequency control ensures uniform glue application; a secondary 10 m drying tunnel ensures a thorough drying of the primer.
Drawing-Trimming-Rewinding: 0-4 m/min stepless speed adjustment, four circular knives for online trimming, automatic length-counting cross-cutting, and dual-station friction rewinding for even end faces and constant tension.
