I. Equipment Description
The PVC ceiling board (also known as PVC ceiling panels, PVC wall panels, or integrated ceiling panels) extrusion machine is a specialized extrusion line for producing hollow reinforced gusset boards, UV high-gloss boards, film-coated boards, and transfer boards for interior decoration. These products are widely used in ceiling and wall skirting applications in kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, shopping malls, and offices. They offer moisture-proof, fire-resistant, moth-proof properties, easy cleaning, and convenient installation, making them an excellent alternative to gypsum and mineral wool boards.
II. Process Flow
Raw Material Pretreatment
• High-speed hot and cold mixing unit: PVC resin, CaCO₃, stabilizer, lubricant, CPE, and ACR are mixed at high speed according to the formulation (hot mixing at 110–120°C) → cold mixing at 40–50°C → storage for future use.
• Available formulations: Standard, high-calcium (≥250 phr), and foaming (0.45–0.65 g/cm³) are freely switchable. Extrusion Molding
• Main Unit: SJSZ-65/132 or 80/156 conical twin-screw extruder
• Segmented ceramic barrel heating + fan cooling, temperature control accuracy ±1°C to prevent decomposition;
• Dedicated coat-hanger-style die head, with either a two-outlet or a four-outlet design; built-in throttle rod ensures uniform board thickness (±0.1 mm).
Forming and Cooling
• Three-dimensional vacuum forming table: Vacuum suction on all four sides, with water circulation cooling to eliminate warping. Traction and Cutting
• Dual-Belt Traction Machine: Thickened rubber block design, variable frequency control
• Planetary or saw blade automatic cutting machine: Servo-controlled fixed length, error ≤0.5 mm, no chipping;
• Online Film Lamination/Transfer (Optional):
– Hot Melt Adhesive Laminating Machine: Instant lamination of PVC film, PETG film, and aluminum foil;
– UV Coating Line: Three-lamp curing, gloss ≥95 GU;
– Thermal Transfer Machine: Creates realistic marble, wood, and fabric patterns.
Automatic Stacking and Packaging
• Robotic gripping → Automatic counting → PE film shrink wrapping or carton stacking, the entire line is operated by a single operator.
