I. Machine Introduction
PVC Car mat production line features a single SJ-120/30 single-screw extruder as its core, equipped with an 18-inch coat-hanger T-die, a vertical three-roll calender, a cooling bracket, in-line trimming, constant tension pull-off, length-based cross-cutting, and a dual-station automatic winder. It can produce TPE/EVA/PVC automotive floor mat rolls with thicknesses ranging from 2–8 mm. The entire line boasts a compact structure and a high degree of automation, making it widely used in the production of base materials for all-around floor mats for sedans, SUVs, and commercial vehicles, as well as tunnel mats for commercial vehicles.

High-Torque Extrusion System
• Single-Screw Extruder
- Zhoushan "Zhongsu" 38CrMoAl nitrided barrel, with a nitrided layer of 0.6–0.8 mm and a hardness of HV >740, enabling stable plasticization even for highly filled formulations.
- 55–75 kW Siemens variable frequency motor, achieving a stable output of 80–250 kg/h.
• Melt gear pump voltage stabilization ensures uniform discharge from the wide die.
T-shaped hanger die head
•Made of 40Cr die steel with quenched and tempered steel and chrome plating (0.05–0.06 mm), wear and corrosion resistance.
•Built-in throttle rod and external fine-adjustment bolt, thickness tolerance ≤±3%
•Stainless steel electric heating rods with zoned temperature control, linked to an RKC temperature controller, temperature differential ≤±2°C
Vertical three-roller calendering machine
• Roller specifications: Ø400 × 2000 mm, wall thickness 30 mm, quenched and tempered 45# steel with mirror-finished hard chrome finish HRC55
• Three independent 1.5 kW frequency converters, adjustable speed 0.5–3 m/min, with electrically adjustable gap of ±50 mm.
• Aluminum alloy frame and integrally welded construction provide high rigidity, low vibration, and a smooth, ripple-free surface. Efficient Cooling & In-Line Trimming
• Stainless steel cooling bracket, chain drive, and silent fan for enhanced cooling
• Double-sided disc cutters with servo-assisted transverse movement and automatic waste removal and collection, resulting in a smooth, burr-free cut.
Constant Tension Pulling &Length-fixed cutting
• Rubber roller and steel roller clamp-type puller, 3 kW servo drive, closed-loop tension control to prevent stretching deformation
• Autonics encoder measures length in real time, with an error of ≤±2 mm. Automatic crosscutting occurs when the set length is reached. Cutter power: 3 kW.
