I. Equipment Overview
The PP-PE-PVC corrugated pipe production line is a complete set of equipment that continuously produces single- or double-layer corrugated pipes from thermoplastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), or polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through processes including extrusion, corrugation, cooling, and winding. Based on the pipe wall structure, it can be categorized as follows:
Single-wall corrugated pipe machine: Extrusion → corrugation → winding. The pipe wall has a "concave-convex" corrugated surface, resulting in lightweight and flexible pipes.
Double-wall corrugated pipe machine: Simultaneously extrudes the inner and outer layers, resulting in a corrugated outer layer and a smooth inner layer. This produces high ring stiffness and is primarily used for underground drainage and cable sheathing. II. Core Components
Single-Screw Extruder
• Screw material: 38CrMoAlA, nitrided, hardness: HV740 or higher;
• low-temperature plasticizing design, output: 100-250 kg/h;
• Brand Configuration: Siemens Bede motor, ABB/Delta inverter, Omron temperature control.
Mold and Corrugated Forming Machine
• The die head is made of 40Cr forgings with a chrome-plated surface for corrosion resistance;
• The forming machine is gear-driven and water-cooled, with 44-134 pairs of die blocks available, and a maximum line speed of 25 m/min;
• The die block is made of 40Cr with an aluminum cooling core, enabling rapid heat exchange, allowing format changes to be completed within 30 minutes. Traction-Cutting-Rewinding
• Dual-wheel or single-wheel automatic winder, equipped with meter weight metering and wire arrangement device;
• In-line cutting or planetary cutting, smooth and burr-free cuts;
• Centralized PLC control, touchscreen operation, and remote diagnostics support.
