I. Introduction
This PP hollow hollow sheet production machine specializes in the production of PP hollow sheet. PP hollow hollow sheet (commonly known as PP Wantong board or corrugated board) is a sheet material extruded from polypropylene resin, with a regular "O" or "M"-shaped cavity structure. It is lightweight, rigid, waterproof, moisture-resistant, and reusable, earning it the reputation of a "green packaging material that can replace cardboard boxes."
II. Flow Working
Feeding → Single-screw degassing extruder → Hydraulic non-stop screen changer → Hollow grid plate mold → Vacuum shaping table (water cooling + vacuum) → First draw → Stress relief hot rollers → Second draw → Online trimming → Fixed-length flying saw/shearing machine → Automatic stacking/packaging → Finished product storage
III. Technical Highlights
Extruder
• Screw diameter: Φ90-150 mm, L/D 33-36, with high-efficiency mixing head to ensure full plasticization of PP;
• Degassing section + vacuum pump to promptly remove moisture and low-molecular-weight materials, reducing crystallization points;
• Main motor power 75-315 kW, output 200-550 kg/h.
Mold
• Special hanger-style runner with differential adjustment of upper and lower die lips for uniform wall thickness;
• Quickly replaceable die inserts to achieve "M", "M", and "S" rib structures. Vacuum Forming Table
• Dual independent vacuum zones with multi-point vacuum adjustment, vacuum level ≤ -0.08 MPa;
• Stainless steel sizing blocks with high-pressure vortex water cooling, forming speed 1-7 m/min.
Traction and Stress Relief
• Two sets of multi-roller pullers, servo-synchronized, closed-loop tension;
• Hot roller tempering at 90-110°C eliminates internal stresses, flatness ≤ 2 mm/2 m.
In-Line Cutting
• Dual flying saw/shearing modes: high-speed flying saw for thin plates, hydraulic shearing for thick plates;
• Automatic lifting and unloading, maximum stacking height 1200 mm.
