I. Machine Introduction
PE/HDPE geomembrane production line is a complete set of equipment that uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or linear polyethylene (PE) as the primary raw material. It continuously produces wide, thickness-controlled impermeable membranes through extrusion and calendering (or blown film) processes. Commonly known as "impermeable membranes" or "waterproof sheets," these products serve as liquid or gas barriers in environmental protection, water conservancy, mining, and municipal engineering projects.
II. Machine Components
--Raw Material Handling System
• Automatic weighing, batching, and drying/loading equipment ensure moisture content <0.05% to prevent extrusion bubbles.
--High-Efficiency Extruder
• Single-screw (Ø120-180 mm, L/D 33:1) or parallel twin-screw design, equipped with ceramic heaters and a high-torque gearbox, with a production capacity of 300-1500 kg/h.
--Melt Metering and Filtration
• Melt pump + dual-station hydraulic screen changer ensure stable melt pressure and impurity levels ≤50 ppm. Die and Forming Unit
• Coat-hanger-style wide T-die (adjustable width 4000-8000 mm) with online thickness gauge for real-time feedback;
• Three-roll calendering or blown film forming, roll diameters Ø400-Ø800 mm, with one-touch switching between mirror, embossed, and matte finishes.
--Cooling and Traction
• Two-stage cooling brackets + multi-roller haul-off ensure flatness ≤2 mm/2 m.
Online Recycling and Inspection
• Online scrap crushing and screw return; CCD appearance inspection + β-ray closed-loop thickness control, with automatic defect marking.
--Double station Winder
• Maximum winding diameter 1500 mm, automatic length measurement, tension control, and flying saw cutting. Finished product widths range from 1000-8000 mm and thicknesses from 0.3-5 mm.
