Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) sheet extrusion machine is a complete set of equipment used in the plastics processing industry to melt, plasticize, and continuously extrude LDPE raw materials into sheet products through a specific die. It is widely used in packaging, construction, agriculture, electronics, and other fields, and can produce single-layer or multi-layer sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.2 to 20 mm.

• Screw Material: 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel, hardness ≥ 740 HV, featuring a high-efficiency mixing section and barrier section to ensure uniform melt flow;

Die Head
• Coat-hanger-style double-throttle design, electric fine-tuning of the die lip opening, and automatic closed-loop thickness control (beta-ray or X-ray thickness gauge) ensure sheet thickness tolerance within ±3%.
Three-roller Calender
• Roller diameters Ø300-500 mm, with horizontal, tilted, or vertical configurations available.
• Roller surfaces are hardened and mirror-polished, Ra ≤ 0.02 µm.
• Independent mold temperature control within ±1°C ensures sheet flatness and freedom from internal stress.
Drawing and Trimming
• Drawer rollers with variable frequency speed control, linked to the main machine.
• Flying saw or shear cutting, with automatic meter length measurement.
Winding
• Single-station or double-station turret type.
• Torque motor or servo tension control, maximum roll diameter Ø1200 mm.
• Equipped with automatic labeling and packaging interfaces.
