Our ABS sheet extruder is a high-performance machine designed specifically for producing high-quality ABS sheets.
In terms of structural design, it employs an advanced screw configuration combined with a precise temperature control system to ensure uniform heating and plasticization of the ABS raw material during extrusion, laying the foundation for stable and high-performance products. It is also equipped with a hydraulic quick-change die device for convenient and efficient screen and die replacement. The coat hanger-style die head design ensures even distribution of adhesive across the entire width of the die, and the adjustable die lip gap allows for precise control of the sheet thickness.
In actual operation, the three-roll calender can flexibly adjust the three-roll layout and gap according to the characteristics of the adhesive, combined with independent temperature control to ensure calendering results. The cooling guide roller support is equipped with dedicated guide rollers and multiple powerful fans to optimize cooling, and features an edge trimming device to effectively guarantee the edge quality of the sheet. The cutter is equipped with high-quality alloy blades and imported bearings to ensure the quality of the sheet cut surface and the long-term stability of the cutting action. The winding machine uses a torque motor combined with four-axis automatic tension control, allowing for adjustment of speed and winding tension as needed, resulting in smoother winding of thin sheets. With the addition of a slitting device, the product width can be freely set.
This ABS sheet extruder is also equipped with an advanced automatic control system that can monitor and adjust various parameters during the production process in real time, ensuring stable product quality and high production efficiency.
